Bay3000 works directly with our client’s project sponsors to determine the best method of delivery for the intended audience. Program formats include written self-study, web-based, video teleconferencing, video, coaching models, audio, and instructor-led delivery. Bay3000 also offers training materials and train-the-trainer courses to help bring programs into our client’s organization and allow them to teach these courses in-house. Bay3000 delivers courses for our clients or trains our client’s HR departments to deliver these courses themselves (‘Train the Trainer’ programs).
