This course is ideal for Project Managers across organizations and industries who wish to advance in their career by earning their PMP® credential.

The PMP® Certification is the most recognized and respected credential in project management. This workshop is dedicated to helping professionals earn their certification by preparing them to pass the PMP® exam.  Through lectures, practice exams, and practical exercises, participants will focus on key concepts, terms, and principles necessary for successfully passing the PMP exam. In addition, participants will become familiar with the format and makeup of the exam.

As of January 2, 2021 the format of the exam, based on PMBOK 7^th Edition and the Agile Practice Guide changed.  We are now teaching the prep course using PMBOK 7 which is the current Body of Knowledge. Since that time, PMI now tests applicants based on 3 domains instead of the ten knowledge areas, five process groups and the Professional and Social Responsibility domain covered in the Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide (PMBOK® Guide 7th Edition).

These 3 domains include:

1. People: 42% of the questions on the exam
2. Process: at 50% of the test questions and
3. Business Environment being 8% of the exam.
