Course Description

To meet the growing demand for project managers experienced with scheduling and to offer a credential for those who specialize in scheduling, the Project Management Institute (PMI) has developed a credential for scheduling professionals who work on project teams. This credential is the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP^®) credential.

Learn best practices for scheduling and also prepare for the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification exam through this four day, instructor led course. This course offers an in-depth look at project scheduling through a PMI perspective, and is delivered in a combination of lecture, group exercises, and sample exams.
