With respect to negotiation skills, you will learn proven skills and techniques to obtain what you require, probe, and discover the needs, wants, and drivers of other parties, and reach final outcomes that are beneficial and equitable to all parties. You will also learn the key fundamentals of preparing and planning for a successful negotiation. These skills are especially important if you work in a matrix organization.
