The purpose of the ITIL® Foundations certification in IT Service Management is to obtain and demonstrate knowledge of the ITIL® terminology, structure and basic concepts. The course covers the five core volumes of the library, which provide an end-to-end view of IT and its integration with business strategy.
This course is an exam preparation course. The focus of this course is to help you learn the fundamentals of ITIL® and be in a position to pass the ITIL® Foundation Exam.

This session does not include the ITIL®examination. Many students prefer to have extra time to study and thus the exam is written online at a date and location of your choice. We provide you with a voucher that you can use to register. This course prepares you to pass the exam.
You will receive a course binder containing copies of presentation slides, case studies, exercises, and suggested solutions.
The ITIL® Lifecycle Publication Suite is the primary reference and recommended reference for this course. The publications that are part of the suite are not included in the materials provided by Bay3000.
